I want to take this opportunity to introduce you to what I do. I am a Business Trainer, Author and Mentor based in Perth, Western Australia. My business, Up Front Training and Motivation, is about skilling people for life.

Most of my work is done in the workplace or one-to-one where I deliver training in leadership, business, numeracy and literacy, and/or personal management. I also have extensive knowledge of career planning and job search, so from time to time assist people with what I call "The Total Career Package". See details on my website, www.upfrontenterprises.com.

I am an award winning published author, with many articles published online (google "Hayley Solich" to see where and what) and in print publications such as Pearls Women's Magazine (www.pearlsmag.com). I also have two online blogs, All Things Women (http://allthingswomen.blogspot.com) and Motivational Magic (http://motivationalmagic.blogspot.com) and I invite you to subscribe to these.

My latest forage into the world of business is with my new product, The Kaleidoscope Effect, which is a personal development program based around seven guiding principles that have worked in my life. Pop over to the website to see what products I have developed for this program. I've also got an online community (Mastermind Group) that I am developing under the K.E. umbrella.

I encourage you to check back here regularly to find out what we are up to. Or if you'd like me to notify you, pop me an email to info@upfrontenterprises.com and I'll add you to our mailing list.

I look forward to meeting you and sharing my knowledge, motivation and inspiration with you.

Kind regards

Hi Hayley,

You asked if I can list three positive and/or great things about myself - why is this always so hard for women? The first thing I would like to say about myself is that I am a great listener. I like to help people and the first way to learn how to help is by listening to others and then becoming a sounding board for them and their ideas. (Is that 2 things?) Secondly, I love to write and journal, releasing everything bad and good onto paper so that I can look at it later objectively and get onto solving a problem or feeling good about a completed project or a great day. Third, I am a hopeless romantic and enjoy reading and writing romance novels, seeing movies and just experiencing love and laughter with my husband.

Now comes the best part, the part I feel most proud of; the 3 things that I have accomplished in my life that are most important to me. 1) I just finished Grad School in December with a Master of Liberal Arts, this while raising a family, being a Scout Leader and taking care of personal business for my elderly mother. 2) Just going back to school on the Fall of 1999 was a huge accomplishment, getting my Bachelor's Degree and getting accepted into Grad School. The 3rd thing thaty I am most proud of accomplishing, though may not be considered on anyone's list of great adventures is getting help and counseling for my Depression and working my way toward getting "better". Just admitting there was a problem and getting help was a giant step for me, my family and my self-confidence.

Two other things that I would like to accomplish, and am just starting is writing a book on mentoring and motivation for women and going back to school for my PhD in Higher Education.

I hope this sheds a little light on who I am and what I am striving for.

Peace, Jean O'

Hi Hayley,

I am so sorry I haven't been around. I just started college for a bachelor degree and I may be facing a reoccurrence of my cancer. I just had 7 biopsies Thursday and a mammogram. If they are positive, the doctor believes we caught it early and I will be okay. I got an email from this group and I just want you to know that I really enjoy be able to come to this group, even though I stay so busy. I didn't join just to promote my Ning group. I hope that I am able to stay involved, so I can maintain my membership. I also saw a question on my page about my group. The mission of our group is to celebrate life and we promote healing with laughter. We value our friendships and enjoy making new friends. My group keeps me busy and so does school. But, One day I will graduate and land a job that will help me pay the bills.

Hi Hayley

Thanks for the shout. We are doing AWESOME. Not only is it finally getting HOT here in the midwest (USA) but We are gearing up for super charged momentum in our business!

We have spent the past few weeks really digging into what makes us tick...some good and some not so good! We have found that until you uncover your core beliefs, you maybe just spinning your wheels.

One of my core beliefs has been that I think others are more worthy and deserving than I am...imagine that, a person who's parents were less than thrilled to find out they were expecting. It's not that I've not known about this core belief, but it wasn't until I started to look at all areas of my life did I start to see the patterns. And boy did they show up in places I really wasn't aware of until now. But...as you know, shine a light and the darkness fades away...

Anyway..doing Wonderful!

Patti

Dear Hayley,
You were so kind to offer to put my book on your webpage.I was just telling you that maybe you would want to see what was in it first! And the way I said it made me wonder if I might have offended you. That was all I was trying to say.I really appreciate the offer and may take you up on the offer if we figure out how.Hope your little one is doing better.I have been trying to get ready for a convention ,making bracelets, collecting doorprizes, going nuts!will be glad when it's over, hope many women are blessed. It's called [Beauty Inside and Out].The guest speaker is a former Disneyland Princess.Isn't that neat. She travels and tells how God made a differance in her life.Guess I'll close.Love Jan
